Revision Policy

As per the revision policy, you can demand the required number of revisions as stated in your package details. We are focused on providing superior customer services with better output and performance.

If the revision does not entail any change in the design concepts, you are not liable to pay any additional price. In addition, your revised design will take 2 days to finalize.

N.B. Any changes requested after the finalized logo design will be counted as a new order and charged separately.

Refund Policy

Logo Hike’s refund policy will not be applicable if:

 

  • A special package is chosen.
  • The preliminary design has been approved.
  • Cancellation is based on reasons not related to the company. 
  • Contact has not been made with the company for more than 2 weeks. 
  • Violation of company policy
  • Other companies have been approached for the same project. 
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The refund period has been crossed before the claim request.
  • Business is closing or changing its name.
  • Other multiple reasons not related to the company, such as ‘change of mind’ or disagreement with a partner,’ will not be subject to refund.
  • If the customer is dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle.
  • Services such as Search Engine Optimization, Domain Registration, Logo Trademarks, Web Hosting are not refund-applicable.
  • Refunds will not be catered to once the client has approved the design and sent the website in the development phase.
  • A refund (less than 25%) can be availed if the client fails to provide the initial brief for the logo or web design within 10 days of order placement.

 

N.B: Logo Hike holds the right to reject any project or rescind the contract whenever it deems necessary. On the other hand, the company will own your designs once the refund is claimed.

We will respond to your refund request at the earliest once the analysis is complete. After receiving the refund, you will not have designs submitted by Logo Hike; the data will be forwarded to Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

Delivery Policy

The final product will be forwarded on the date stated on the Order Confirmation Form. You will also receive a confirmation email. The minimum time is 2 working days. However, contact our customer support team in case of urgent order.

Logo Hike has an efficient record-keeping process. It retains all finalized designs so that you are provided with the same end product in case of any misplaced order.

Communication Policy

Logo Hike will not be liable for any damage(s) caused by non-registered toll-free numbers or email addresses. We only take responsibility for the data provided to us by the clients or the phone numbers present on our website. In addition, project activation charges will be applied if the client fails to respond over 45 days. We take full responsibility for all the data provided through our official domains.
